SHIELD is a strategic integrity and corruption‑prevention program and investigative tool designed for policing, military, paramilitary, financial/insurance and other risk adverse organizations operating in complex, high‑consequence environments. The program applies a human factors systems approach to identify and mitigate the organizational conditions that enable ethical failure.
Rather than focusing solely on individual misconduct or compliance checklists, SHIELD
